Competence. Creativity. Continuity.

Flamro Brandschutz-Systeme GmbH excels as a developer and manufacturer of products and systems designed for use in preventative (passive) structural fire protection – with a track record of success spanning over thirty years. Our broad range of cable and pipe penetration seals, cable ducts with special fitting pieces as well as cable bandages and coatings ensures long-term seamless fire safety for buildings and industrial plants – not only in Germany, but throughout the world.

Right from the start, we have focused our activity on four major goals: contain damage to property, prevent breakdowns, ward off environmental damage and – above all – save lives. We manufacture all our products and systems in-house, so our customers can rely on the uncomprimising quality of our range: Internal monitoring procedures ensure consistent top-notch quality, while external monitoring procedures provide its unmistakable proof.

Our company has steadily grown over time, and so has our team that “teems” with competence, creativity and a passion for continuity.

Indeed, it is our people that have made Flamro what it is: a company with a solid past, a strong present and a safe future.

Mediocrity? Not our cup of tea!

Our decades-long expertise shows not only in the user and application-friendly design of our existing products, but also benefits our customers when it comes to the development of innovation-imbued new FLAMRO® products at our in-house research centre. We listen to our customers and will also devise bespoke solutions in close consultation with them. This naturally creates a high level of process transparency and a solid foundation for trust-based cooperation on equal terms.
Since we operate as a member of the svt Group, you can expect us to provide not only extensive consultancy in all matters of structural fire prevention and made-to-measure product solutions, but also arrangement of associated services in the field of fire protection and damage restoration – this all-roundness is second to none!
We at Flamro have always felt driven to come up with reliable end-to-end solutions of our own that meet the most stringent requirements in terms of passive structural fire protection; therefore, mediocrity has never been our policy. Quality needs qualification and high standards. This belief has helped us in establishing our “Made in Germany” principle as a proven cornerstone of tailor-made fire protection solutions that comply with all relevant standards, laws and regulations.
Sustainability plays a key role in our corporate life. Therefore, it is a matter of course for us to consistently manufacture and use our products in accordance with the state of the art, keeping abreast of, and taking into account, new standards and insights that are relevant to health and safety at work as well as to environmental protection.

Rooted in the region – at home throughout the world

Flamro is based in Leiningen, a town situated in the Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis (Rhine-Hunsrueck District) between Koblenz and Bad Kreuznach, with easy access to the A61 motorway. Our staff consists of more than forty dedicated people that ensure trouble-free and on-time manufacture of Flamro’s worldwide proven products. By the way, Flamro not only boasts three well-equipped production halls, but also features a modern laboratory where the R&D team is tirelessly committed to driving innovation for even more safety in passive structural fire protection. And since we enjoy sharing our knowledge and know-how, we also have an in-house training room where we hold regular seminars and hands-on workshops for internal and external professionals from Germany and abroad.

Solid past – safe future

No two companies are alike, so each is unique with its own history and culture, its staff and also with its specific circumstances and resources. However, one thing they have all in common: Nothing goes without wise management and leadership! When Volker Rodenberg founded Flamro Brandschutzsysteme GmbH way back in 1983, he was well aware of the increasing demand for reliable fire protection systems, and he led his company to success right from the start with expertise, strategic foresight and a keen sense for the needs of the market. Flamro kept growing year after year and is now recognised as a major player in the field of passive structural fire protection.
